You should have fought it to get a blood test right after you got arrested they have to do a blood test if u ask for one it would tell them exactly how much alcohol was in your system and if there was any in it in the last 24-48hrs i believe or had an Etg test done so like they say u piss in a cup and it goes back 80hrs and tells if u drank anu alcohol in that time!! Anyways as long as u dont get another dui ur life isnt over! Ur just gonna be out 3000$-8000$
Yes Romeo judge Leduc his wife and him owns Jams and thats why he sends you to it for no reason at all!!! He is a FUCKING ASSHOLE JUDGE SO MAKE SURE NEVER TO GET IN TROUBLE IN WASHINGTON ROMEO ARMADA AND MORE IM NOT SURE WHICH ONES BUT FUCK LEDUC AND HIS WIFE!!!
The same rude disrespectful attitude as ussual. The worst attitude at just about any place you can imagine. She takes off with my cup every time without me witnessing her bag tag and seal it. JAMS is not owned by a Romeo judges wife or any other court. Costs go up and down due to cost of supplies, sort of a no brainer. Yes some facilities probably need to be better cleaned. Courts go to JAMS because they monitor, there are so many people who bring in bottles of urine under their clothes or other methods to cheat the system. If they tell you urine is "not testable" that means your result will not be accurate (EVERYONE wants it to be accurate). If you read the paperwork they send home with you it states to watch your intake of fluid 2 hours before test because it can effect outcome. READ people, this also is your responsibility.
JAMS works with courts and tries to acommodate the courts wants. Courts do not like "clear" urine it doesn't look good for the person peeing, been there, it could mean they are trying to get away with something. Paying extra, hello that's because supplies are being used and then if not a good test and you have to come back then more supplies have to be used...hence money wasted.
EtG's are a different test from drugs. I have researched that people are not perfect, nor computers, I know unbelievable. Also some courts ask JAMS to call colors even if they have already been called...call your court and complain...or call the judge if you don't like it.
Staring at people giving a sample is NOT a pleasant. In fact some people that come in are down right disgusting but its a job, especially in this economy.
So for everyone who complains about this company make sure your facts are completely accurate, otherwise you look foolish.
I have observed people going in to test and have been so rude and nasty to employees, who clearly didn't deserve any of it, so I guess the nastiness comes from both sides.
So I not saying JAMS is perfect but I'm guessing none of us are. If you're upset because you got caught then look at yourself first before JAMS employees. Also they didn't send you to JAMS the Judge or the PO did, how about you get nasty with them, see where that gets you.
In a nutshell...sorry you all got caught but again not JAMS fault. Trust me I'm not saying they are perfect but its not the company that will bring you down. So maybe sober up and take responsibility for what you have done and what you will do from this point on.
I'm a JAMS client. I was arrested for a DUI and received 1 yr probation, 1 a week AA meeting, 1 a month random drug testing, 45 day alcohol tether, counseling. In Sept I missed a test (even though my alarm is set for 5 a.m. every morning). I saw my probation officer and he said since I violated my probation he is giving me 2 extra random drug test. Which I did. My last day of probation Oct 26th I came in and sat down he opened my file and flung his arms in the air and said "I really did it this time!!!" I said I did what? He said there was cocaine in my Sept 15 test! I was SHOCKED!!!!! I said I don't do cocaine! I don't do drugs! He's like well it was in your urine. I started crying, he said theres nothing he can do. There should be a letter in the mail saying I'm to see the judge and I violated probation. I immediately left the courthouse and made a appointment with a well known lab Quest, for a hair follicle test. Its a 90 day 12 panel screen. I finally got my results in and of course, I'm clean. But it's really really strange how I completed all my requirements that I was asked to do, passed the tether test,all drug tests ( even 2 randome tests my job requires) but my last day of probation, I have a dirty test! I feel framed. I go to court Dec 15. Until then I'm still required to go to JAMS for testing. BUT I have to watch my own ass, for every JAMS test, I go to another testing place for another test because I don't trust JAMS anymore. In fact, JAMS was just on the 5p.m. channel 4 news for throwing urine results in the back ally. The more I google JAMS the more nightmares I'm seeing. HOW MANY NIGHTMARES NEED TO HAPPEN BEFORE THERES A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?
Hey to everyone in this discussion. If you are still going to jams I know how to pass there test, I smoke weed and Ive smoked the day before and passed over about 30 times. Absolutely unprofessional & obviously corrupt organization. One time I came to do a breathalyzer, & it start showing numbers that were jumping up & down, than stopped on .07. I didn't drink for at least 2 weeks by then. 15 minutes later I took another one & it showed .08. I went straight to Michigan State Police right after, asked them to give me a breathalyzer, which they did 3 times. It was all 000! Called my lawyer, came back to Jams on the evening shift & took Etg. All negative. Never got my money back from Jams for the Etg. My court only allows to test in the morning, which I can't do anymore, so my PO switched me to Etgs. Few times right before my eyes the Jams worked almost put one person's specimen into a bag with paper work of another.
No need to look in dumpsters!!! Jams in Taylor throws them in the alley!! It was in the paper and on the news. I have to trust these morons with my tests that decide my freedom...
Does anyone know how to obtain your jams test results? I live in Oakland county. My lawyer said he cannot figure out how to get the records. I have had to submit to over 400 over a 3 year period. Over that time, I have had 3 false positives. I am doing to this because I am in the middle of a custody battle. I have never done drugs and, due to my current situation, I can't even drink. The cps worker said that they are testing me because I have chemotherapy treatments for lymphoma. And depression. Who would abuse chemo drugs? They would make you even more sick!! Any opiate will show up wether it's hydro or oxycodone. It only matters when you're trying to cover a heroin use with a valid prescription. Then you need to be careful what opiate. Also methadone shows up completely differently. I say this all from personal experience not what someone told me but my own situations.
Back in 2012 dhs (protective services) stopped using jams because of the huge inconsistencies. Macomb county actually would drive to my home randomly to test me because it was so bad. So you know if dhs changes what they do there is a serious issue. Good luck all.
Jams is as corrupt as possible. Anytime any court orders every single person to the same place regardless if they have a drug and alcohol past is absolutely the definition of corrupt. My situation actually put my life as well as my children's in danger. I wanted to die while they were in foster care and my son was being abused there. I deserved to be tested but their horrible practices consumed me. I couldn't get my results and wouldn't find out if there was an issue until it was too late to retest the specimen. They said CPS had to tell me well that's about impossible. My urine was usually sent off because of my legal prescriptions. Anyways my prayers go out to all of you and I ask for some as my husband is having to be tested again.
Your probation officer or cps, whoever sent you there can obtain printouts of your tests. I got mine. Your lawyer has to talk to probation or file a discovery motion with the court and he should know that. If he doesn't I'd get another lawyer. I found that out on my own but it did take my lawyer to put enough leverage on to get them .
I am awaiting pretrial for not realizing I'd barely nicked a car (no damage to mine) at a Rite-Aid and going home. In their eyes it's a misdemeanor. Jail time. 6 points.Probation. The judge wants random drug and alcohol testing until the pretrial. I am an 59 year old woman and I have shy bladder. The judge kindly amended it to a blood test. The pretrial is 5 days from now ..no blood test. Ain't gonna happen. I have to go through JAMs. But I barely live in Oakland county. Just paid five bucks to the Alcona County Sheriff's department for the breathalyzer. Why does the court only specify JAMS? Do the math. $11 per test times how many times a week times how many people. They rent some shitty place and probably hire people at minimum wage. This crap would never happen up here. This was in Oakland county. The judges down there must not have anything better to do. Act tough to compensate for their utter lack of competency. It's all about their egos. Asking me to take a drug test? I'm a mechanical engineer with a PhD. Those computers they use date back to about 2005. But why doesn't the court say that you can go to anyplace that will perform the tests for you? I trust the sheriff more than I trust JAMS. If I don't get my charge down to a civil infraction I'm going to demand a jury trial and that bitch can go fuck herself.

Jams switched my urine on Saturday October 28 2017 with a person of similar name. On Wednesday November 1st 2017 I showed at jams for holiday EtG testing. Woman there told me I could not take the ETG test because I had to replace my urine for the drug test I had submitted on October 28th 2017. I told this woman I could not do that because my probation officer requires me to be tested for alcohol via urine IE EtG testing before 9 a.m. the day after a holiday( yes Halloween is a court etg testing recognized holiday but Veterans Day is not go figure).The woman precedes to tell me that I have to and I don't have a choice I said why do I have to replace that urine from October 28th 2017. Ah, this is where it gets interesting. She tells me they mixed my urine with another person's urine of the similar name. Why is that my fault I don't know I refused to take the replacement drug test continued to take the EtG required by the courts called my probation officer whom did not a hundred percent believe me until she called and found out the truth for herself now tell me jams is accurate! also i have the paper work to prove this. also if you need your entire history printed out they can and have to. even your call ins are logged yes they have those call logs.
Get this i was doing self pbt and drug test on my own 7/10/20@ 811/20 so on 8/19/20 i go and sign up for 43rd court i sign my release and those scumbags fuck up and do and etg when i only paid for and signed for a pbt and drug test not and etg and drug test so they send the court my self deug test on 8/11/20 which mind you i went on my own paid the 12 bucks blew and dropped signed the paper for myself not tje court carol messes up does and etg and drug test and sends it to the court i didn't agree for the etg nor did i oay for one i didn't drop for the court i dropped for myself how can they release any test prior to 8/19/20 when i signed up with the court please help cause i wanna nail these guys ms foster general manager is a waste of time she is covering for carol Roseville jams is so unprofessional this could send me to prison i thought the hippa law saved me they are gonna ruin everything i worked for

Not only did a 12 panel hair test says I'm clean. I'm going to Lansing for a fingernail drug test.

Do you have or know if proof of this. I believe it to be true but my attorney said if I can provide proof he will find a way to bust up this racket.
